1. You must have signal on Nilesat-201/7°W make sure your country is covered by the satellite in the image above(Uganda confirmed, other countries still need to test). A standard 90cm dish or bigger can work, but if you are in the edge of the zone(thin red) you may need bigger dish 240cm-300+cm dish.
2. Device must have latest software update, get latest software for your decoder by searching for it here: https://check.dzagame.com/models-page
3. You must have a VIP package (or the old AF-VIP) subscription. You can buy the subscription here: https://www.dzagame.com/en/product-category/tv-servers/vip-package
4. After getting the subscription change your dish to Nilesat-201/7°W you can use Sat Finder app to assist in finding the signal, in the app go to Settings > Selected satellite and search for “Nilesat“, then go to the AR tap and follow the arrows direction with your phone camera to find the satellite location on the sky, that is where you need to position your dish
5. in your decoder go to the satellite scan menu and set the Transponder to 11013 or 11054 (see below) and start searching for signal use the satFinder to assist you, after getting good signal of Nilesat 201 7°W You need to do a blind scan on it, or you can scan these Transponders directly:
